PARADE is co-founded by Nancy Kleaver and Paddy Johnson.

Nancy Kleaver is a consultant, a community and public school advocate, a mom, and a lover of Queens. Throughout her 20 year career, Nancy has tackled complex issues around inequity in the arts, culture, and education by designing innovative partnerships with schools, families, community groups, and social service agencies. She loves making cool things happen in her neighborhood.

Paddy Johnson is a creative director and writer who focuses on art, the internet, and community. As a creative director, she often collaborates with artists to produce image essays, objects and other unusual projects. These projects, as well as her writing are sparked by current events and an interest in participating in more equal political and economic systems. Paddy is the founding editor of Art F City, a widely read New York based contemporary art blog.
